You're paying for the finished tubes — but the printing doesn't start until you've seen exactly what you're getting and told us to go ahead.

Order confirmed

Your receipt and order number arrive by email. Nothing has been printed.

Proof emailed

Within one business day a designer emails you a mockup of your actual tube, to the address you gave at checkout.

You approve it

Reply to approve, or ask for changes — free, as many rounds as it takes. This is the gate.

We print and ship

Production starts the moment you approve. Typically 10–14 business days to your door.

Custom orders

Reply to the proof email and tell us what to change — we'll email a revised proof, with no limit and no charge. If you decide not to go ahead at all, we refund your order in full. We only print once you've approved.

It keeps the process to one step instead of three — no quote emails, no invoice chasing, and your spot in the production queue is held from the moment you order. Your proof is emailed to you within one business day, and your money is protected by the approval gate: nothing prints without your emailed sign-off, and you can get a full refund up until you approve.

Vector files reproduce best on a curved label — .AI, .EPS, .PDF, or .SVG. If all you have is a raster image, send the largest, highest-resolution version you've got (300dpi or better) and we'll tell you honestly whether it'll hold up. Don't have anything usable? Order anyway and email orders@xbalm.com — we'll work it out before we print.

Each flavor is a separate production run, and 250 is the smallest batch that's practical to fill and label. So a 250-tube order is a single flavor, 500 can be split across two, 1,000 across four, and so on.

Roughly two weeks from proof approval to delivery — the clock starts when you approve, not when you order, so approving quickly gets your tubes to you sooner.

Not with custom printing — 250 tubes is one full production run, so that's where custom starts.

If you're not ready for that, try regular XBALM first. Order a few stock tubes, put the SPF 15 formula through a real winter or a day on the water, and pick the flavor you'd want your logo on.
